Stated conference fees are net prices. 19% German VAT has to be added. Early Bird fee available until 10 weeks before the event.
The fee includes:
- Digital proceedings
- List of delegates
- Welcome reception, After work reception during the poster session, Networking dinner
- Lunch & Coffee Breaks
- Visit of the exhibition at all times
- Participation in the company tours on Thursday afternoon
Hotel accomodation is not included in the registration fee.
**Reduced speaker fees apply for Keynote & Short course speakers as well as speakers from academia.
*** For full time students only, not older than 27 years. Students who fail to attend without notifiying the organiser will be liable to pay a penalty of 200€.
